A walk around some of the most significant coastal mosses of South Cumbria/Westmorland and Furness, including part of  the north coast of the Kent Estuary, which is itself part of the greater Morecambe Bay area.  The walk has fine views, varied geography and geomorphology.  It will include the Crag Wood coastal woodland nature reserve.  We will also go on the boardwalk route around Meathop Moss nature reserve and possibly on a similar route on Foulshaw Moss if the people attending wish to do so.  Alternatively, a visit to the Foulshaw Moss Nature Reserve can be done at the end of the walk, if time allows.

Dogs are welcome on the walk, when under control.  Dogs are required to be on leads within the nature reserves.
