Tuesday Trekking - In search of a tunnel and views of a viaduct
A new c9-10 mile walk with John above Bingley and Harden. From Keighley Road we find the start of a disused railway tunnel and get views across to Hewenden Viaduct. On our return we see Howarth in the distance as we skirt the Worth Valley. This new walk has plenty of open moorland tracks for us to follow.
Equipment: walking boots, waterproof jacket and trousers, warm clothing. Trekking pole(s) recommended if normally used.
