A circular walk of about 9 miles.
Starting from the church at Leathley we will use tracks past Leathley Hall to Riffa Wood. We will then climb up past Round Hill and via a short section of road reach Almscliff Crag with spectacular views over Lower Wharfedale. The return is via Braythorn, West End Farm and the River Washburn to Leathley.
Mostly on good tracks and field footpaths which could be muddy in places.
Equipment - walking boots, waterproof jacket and trousers, warm clothing. Trekking pole(s) recommended if normally used.
