This is a 4 mile (2 hour??) approx. walk onto Pen Dinas which dominates the southern skyline with fantastic
views from the summit.

We will start inland and climb onto the top, which only takes around 40 minutes and then there is a longer descent on the sea side where we will explore Aber's prom & castle.

So a steady climb at first onto the top where we will have a snack and drinks stop.

At the start of the descent the ground is a bit eroded so care needed, then it's a good stony path down to the old harbour area which some miss when they come to Aberystwyth.

We will walk through the castle and back to the prom and well earned refreshments

We can finish off the weekend with lunch at the end of the walk, for those not rushing off.
