An exploration of Pembrey forest and nature reserve. There is easy walking through forestry and then some minor up and down dune walking which will make us a

bit more breathless.

We will encounter old tram tracks from the days when Pembrey manufactured explosives ( sand dunes are effective at containing explosions!), a miniature railway,

bird hides and a walk along Cefn Sidan beach past old shipwrecks', before re-entering Pembrey country park, where there is the possibility of a cafe stop before a

short walk back to the cars.
