Neath Historic Waterfall Walk
This 6 mile circular walk in Neath will take in historic sites, waterfalls and a mountainside lunchtime stop.
The walk will include the historic ruins of a medieval monastery (with free entry should you wish to explore further at the end of the walk), 18th century iron works, workers cottages (currently being excavated) & a railway bridge attributed to the great civil engineer, Isambard Kingdom Brunel. The walk along the Clydach river, including 2 small waterfalls, will take us to a lunch stop on Drummau mountain, with views over Neath & Bryncoch if the weather is kind to us!
