This is a chance to use the Heart of Wales train, free for people with a Wales concessionary bus pass.

If you do not live on the train line join us at the station for the start.

NB This route has not been recced in advance.

This will be an approx. 7 mile moderate loop, south of Llandovery and then looping north.

We will go past the castle remains and over the Waterloo bridge and onto Allt Dingat, where there will be great views across the Tywi valley.

Eventually we come down to the main road and then walk by the River Towy back towards Llandovery but then looping northwards to the Pont Dolauhirion bridge

and back on a green path to the centre.
