Join us for a varied walk near the village of Llangain. Starting in ancient oak woods, we emerge onto farmland with views over the Towy estuary. We join with the Wales Coast Path, visit remains of a cromlech, and St. Cain’s church. We descend back into woodland, with views over to Carmarthen on the way. I will be giving lectures along the route, and testing you at the end. What a treat!
