Garth Row, Potter Tarn, Gurnal Dubs, and the Rivers Kent, and Sprint.
Starting from the small village of Garth Row, near Selside, on the A6 - the former main road to Scotland - this walk takes in the stunning southern edge of the Lake District Low Fells, and includes some moorland, two tarns, and the parish of Over Staveley. After descending to the fell edge "Drumlin Field", the walk continues along the bank of the River Kent to Burneside, Burneside Hall, and then alongside the River Sprint through fields and along double-hedges lanes, back to Garth Row - delightful Lake-District-edge countryside, all around.
