This is another shorter walk than normal, followed by the option of lunch or coffee

and cake in the cafe at Coedgwilym park where we will start the walk.

The food is mainly sandwiches, plus toasties, jacket potatoes and toasted teacakes

plus cakes.

The walk is a 4.5 mile, moderate walk starting at the park.

A lot of it is easy walking especially by the canal, with some undulating paths

through a woodland, which are wet and muddy and one incline on a pavement.

We walk along the canal and then up a hill at Trebanos onto an old tramway to

Clydach, through a lovely woodland.

When we get to Clydach we join the path by the River and it's lovely waterfall, to the

centre of Clydach and then pick up the canal again back to the park and

refreshments in the cafe.
