Builth Wells to Llangammarch Wells - part of the Heart of Wales trail "weekend"
This is an 8-9 mile walk, part of the Heart of Wales trail from Builth Wells to just short of Llangammarch Wells.
This walk soon takes to higher ground, rising over the shoulder of Moelfre, above the secluded Cneiddion valley.
It then joins the Epynt way to skirt Mynydd Epynt where we will enjoy panoramic views over to the Cambrians
before the trail drops down into the old spa town of Llangammarch Wells.
We will walk this leg in the opposite direction to the description above.
We will drive to the viewpoint just short of Llangammarch and walk from there, back into Builth Wells so this walk
will start at a viewpoint/car park about 2 miles short of Llangammarch.
For attendees staying in Builth, we will discuss the arrangements re lifts on the Monday night, but will meet in the
car park in Builth, and then drive to the start of this walk, and walk back to Builth.
For anyone staying elsewhere, meet at the viewpoint for a 9 45am (ish) start.
