As usual for these weekends away, the Friday afternoon walk will be a get to know a bit of Bangor.

We will walk onto Bangor mountain, and visit Brecon cathedral and Bangor Pier with fantastic views over to Anglesey.

Plus a bit on the Wales coast path linking some of these places - tarmac underfoot on that part of coast path.

There is some information about the Pier here including parking and small fee to walk on the pier.

I will decide in which order we walk around Bangor on the day, depending on weather etc, as good weather essential to show off the views on the pier.
