  • TerrainModerate Walk – walk for people with country walking experience and a good level of fitness. May include some steep paths and open country, and may be at a brisk pace. Walking boots/trail shoes and good weather related attire.

This is a walk from Bridgewater Monument to Ivinghoe Beacon on a Winters day returning back via Wards Hurst Farm and the newly resurfaced steps.

Some of the walk on lesser known tracks ... where you may see large paw prints by many deer tracks.

Bring packed lunch, water, hot beverage and something to sit on.

Wear sturdy boots. Expect some mud.

Route is partially exposed. Wear suitable winter clothing.
