This is a 6 mile moderate walk, leg 1 of the Wales coast path.

We go from Amroth to Marros and on to Pendine.

This area is known as the little known gem of the Carmarthenshire coast, with a landscape of spectacular cliffs and beaches reminiscent of neighbouring

Pembrokeshire.

There are ups and downs particularly nearing Pendine, where the path is described as going along rugged cliffs riddled with impressive caves on its underside.

There is a museum of speed that houses Parry-Thomas' restored Babs that people might want to go in when we get to Pendine.

The museum is open 10am until 5pm and admission is £7.30.

Also a few nice churches we may want to explore.
