A fantastic walk around and between 3 nature reserves in South Cumbria, and the coast of the Kent Estuary, with wonderful views of 2 pairs of nesting ospreys and a basking adder, amongst much other wildlife.  Good company and conversation between the 6 of us doing the route. The weather was dry and warm rnough - far better than the weather forecast was predicting earlier in the week! The walk ended up being 12 miles long, but went by all too fast.
