Wolsingham and Tunstall Reservoir
From Wolsingham we head north up the eastern side of the Waskerley valley, uphill at first before level and then descending to join the eastern bank of Tunstall reservior. We then walk along the side of the reservior through woodland before crossing the bridge at the head and following the west bank to the picnic area. There is then a section of quiet lane walking to the dam wall where shortly afterwards we again take to fields and woods before our return to Wolsingham. All in all an interesting walk with a good variety of field, woodland and waterside walking and some stunning views.
