  • TerrainThe walk is along well defined undulating paths which are narrow in places and may be muddy at times. There is a little walking on minor roads at the beginning and end of the walk

This is a moderate 6 mile walk, following on from my walk last June. Walking along a wooded riverside path will take us to Goytsclough quarry. From here we walk up a short gentle slope to the west side of the valley. We return along the east side into Wildmoorstone and thence back to the start point.
