This is a Cambrian Mountains foothills linear walk of 4.5 miles from Tregaron, a market town, to Llandewi Brefi, the second largest Parish in Wales with a significant history going back to Roman times when, in the first century, they set up camp and baths. There is great scenery, the likelihood of seeing Red Kites, and 3 streams to ford (recommended to wear waterproof hiking boots).

This is a linear walk and we will arrange car shuttles with attendees beforehand.
