Transpennine Christmas at Kirkby Stephen

This year's Transpennine and Adventure Out Christmas meet will be at Kirkby Stephen YH in Cumbria. This is a former YHA Hostel, now run independently.  Kirkby Stephen is an attractive market town with pleasant walking within easy reach of the hostel, either directly from the door or by short drives.

The price includes a 2 course evening meal on the Saturday evening in the hostel (prepared by the hostel staff), breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday mornings, plus pre-dinner drinks and nibbles on the Saturday evening before our meal.

Walks will be arranged for both Saturday and Sunday; there is plenty of attractive walking direct from the door of the hostel on the local hills and surrounding moorland.
