Our Groups are up and running with their activities. From the 1st of May we will no longer require advanced booking for most events. Events may still require advanced booking if it is necessary to place a limit on the number of attendees based on the event's risk assessment, or other factors.
General information
This will be a 1.5-2 hour walk in and around Winchcombe to acquaint ourselves with each other and this fascinating historic Cotswold town.
It will include a Heritage Trail around the town including details of Winchcombe's historic buildings including St Peter's church with its 40 comic grotesques on the exterior, Almshouses, Wesley House where the Methodist preacher John Wesley stayed, and the towns first hospital built in 1888 plus lots of other interesting buildings.
Also there is a riverside path by the River Isbourne and the possibility of a wander through greenery to see the impressive Sudeley Castle.
