Join us for a memorable walk around Coventry, blending history, culture, and green space. There is a longer 11-mile option or a 7-mile option with a bus back from the centre to the University. You can decide on the day if you want to cut it short or continue on the full route.

To many, Coventry has an unwarranted reputation for post-war greyness. This walk challenges that misconception. The first hour is largely green forest from the University to the ring road. We will see a beautiful Tudor almshouse, the Lady Godiva statue and the medieval splendour of St Mary’s Guildhall. We will have time to reflect on the damage and regeneration of the Cathedral before heading to the Canal Basin,.
