We’ll start at the historic centre of Victorian Leamington Spa at the Pump Rooms. We’ll stay with the historic theme for the first part of the walk, proceeding up the Parade, taking in some noteworthy sights. We’ll also take in some very desirable properties on our route out of the Town. We’ll leave the suburbs, not as far as you might think, and head off through open country to the village of Old Milverton. From there we’ll head towards Warwick and catch a Saxon Mill and a not so stately home before following the River Avon, then the River Leam, back to our starting point. I hope to be able to provide some history along the way.
