A walk along the beautiful coastline between Herne Bay and the village of Reculver. We will walk through Bishopstone Glen and across the cliffs of the Reculver Country Park, expect splendid sea views and a variety of wildlife. There will be a stop for lunch, coffee and cake and a chance to explore the abandoned St Mary’s Church with its medieval towers and the ruins of Regulbium, a Roman fort before returning to Herne Bay.  Terrain is relatively flat though there are some steps and slopes to navigate to get to higher ground.
