Approx 9 miles circular walk around Epping and Epping Forest.

We walk through the forest to High Beech, where we have lunch in the picnic area or use the pub or snack bar. Toilets available. We then continue through the forest and on to Upshire, where we can have teas and homemade cakes in the church grounds. We then head back to Epping.
