The rally is a festival of steam, vintage & veteran transport with crafts, trade stands, children’s entertainment, protected animals, live bands, a traditional fun fair and CAMRA’s famous Festival of Ale combine to make it a good day out. There will be vintage cars, and classic cars as well as magnificent steam engines of all kinds. The first Woodcote Veteran Transport Rally was staged as a one-day event in 1964. Since then the Steam rally has become an increasingly popular event not only for steam engine enthusiasts but also for the general public who want to enjoy all the fun of a local country fair.
