This is a  4 mile shorter walk in starting in Pembrey with option of lunch at the end.

We start off on the cycle track before joining St Illtyds Way and walking through Penybedd wood.

We continue on the walking trail crossing the main road and onto a narrow path exploring Ffrwd Farm Mire, nature reserve.

We then enter Coed Y Marchog a lovely woodland and through open fields with great views down to the coast.

A descent brings us back to Pembrey where there is the option of lunch.
