Glyn Corrwg and Abercregan Grottos
We start at what used to be an old mineral railway near Glyn Corrwg, walking for about 2 miles. We then climb to the forested hillside
above.
Clearings and open areas give you spectacular views across the valley nicknamed 'Little Switzerland', before descending past the stone mines
of Abercregan, the Abercregan Grottos.
The final stretch beside the Afon Afan returns to Cymmer, where delightful coffee and cake can be found in the former railway station.
Walk a few miles before you start your Xmas indulgence!
