This is a 6 mile moderate walk which can be boggy in one particular field where there may be horses.

There's everything on this walk: fields with stiles, moorland, woodlands, a small waterfall, a suspension bridge, a (no more!!) Scotch pine

and an intriguing small stone bridge.

Fantastic views from the top of Betws mountain include Gower and the Preseli hills.In stages we climb to 300 metres.

Please bring a packed lunch.

NB There are lots of animals in this area so dogs on leads please apart from on the moorland on Betws Mountain.
