A circular walk around Epping Forest, where we can kick our way through autumn's golden gown and generally frolic amongst arboreal delights.

The start point is a tube station, so accessible by public transport.

Wear sturdy boots.  Expect mud.

Bring packed lunch, plenty of water and something to sit on.

There is a pub stop at the end for those who wish to partake.
