A walk from Halifax Station; goes over the top to Brighouse with spectacular views over Halifax and the Calder Valley, along the canal to Elland and back over another hill to Halifax.   We will meet at New Pudsey station and use the train to Halifax.  The train takes about 20 minutes.

Equipment:  walking boots, waterproof jacket and trousers, warm clothing. Trekking pole(s) recommended if normally used.
