A 7 Miles circular walk starting from the National Trust Car Park in Stowe,

After a first part through the Stowe House (nowadays a private school school) Park, we will walk along the course of a Roman road which runs in front of the school them aim for Dadford then across fields to Stowe Woods on a a path that leads to Silverstone ( we will not go all the way there but we might hear some motor racing in the distance). Then we will be skirting again around the park back to the starting point.

We will walk through the meadows and farmland surrounding Stowe House itself with opportunities to see remotely some of the many follies spread around the gardens.
