From Osmotherley we follow Cleveland way passing an old church then across moors to join a minor rd. We follow this back towards Codbeck then climb a bit on a good track before levelling out and passing the old Cheques Inn. We then drop through fields then a short steep climb through woods before our lunch stop. After lunch it is onwards on woodland paths then fields and a little quiet rd walking then more fields back to start
