A 6-mile moderate walk mainly through woodland.

The route starts along part of the historic Knights Way heading to Blackpool Mill. It then follows the Landsker Borderland Trail through Minwear and Long Woods, running beside the Cleddau River, to the ruins of Two Sisters.

We then head across open farmland and along bridleways, from Minwear Farm to Cott Farm and back through Minwear Woods.

At this point we skirt the Bluestone Resort and return along Knights Way back to Canaston Woods car park.
