We are a cycling group for LGBT people and their friends for Bristol and the surronding area, organising regular cycle rides and  social events throughout the year. The types of cycle rides that we organise and some route maps for previous events are available below.  For details of our future events please see the cycling events page or the ride programme. These are updated regularly with any changes.

About our rides

Wednesday evenings (Spring - Autumn)

These are short rides exploring the many urban cycle routes in and around Bristol. They are designed for people who are new or returning to cycling and for cyclists who want to get to know Bristol by bike. They are therefore suitable for all cycling abilities. There may be the odd hill (difficult to avoid here!) but there is no rush and nobody will be left behind. Rides usually last for about 3 hours and generally include a pub or cafe visit for food and drink half way through or at the end. The wednesday evening ride programme has finished for 2015 but will return in Spring 2016. Until then we will have a series of social events on Wednesday eveinings through AW2015 and our Sunday ride programme continues throughout the year. Check-out the events listings or our ride leaders page.

Women-only weekend rides (all year)

A series of easy, lesbian-only, bicycle rides on Saturdays or Sundays that aim to be sociable and fun. They are relatively short and are easy paced, exploring urban and accessible routes. Rides generally start at 2pm and we usually have a picnic, cafe or pub stop. You can leave the ride for home at any point but the leader will return to the starting point  at the end of every ride.

Sundays (all year, 2nd Sunday/month)

These are longer day rides and give us the opportunity to explore the fantastic countryside around Bristol, Somerset and Gloucestershire. They are probaby more suited to people who cycle more frequently; if you have any doubts then you can always join us for an evening ride or two and build up your confidence. These rides will also include a stop for food and drink along the way.
