Thanks to Paul who devised and led today's lovely walk from Winscombe, North Somerset up and over the hills to Shipham for lunch in the pub garden and back on easy lanes to finish the six-mile outing back in Winscombe. Four members enjoyed the outing joined by Tahoe the Labrador who demonstrated enthusiasm for climbing. We had lovely weather, splendid views of the Bristol Channel and the Somerset Levels, railway infrastructure, walking on the Strawberry Line, but no sewage works and no thunder. IT was a truly lovely outing. Thanks Paul.
