Thirteen members enjoyed an eight-mile ramble in the beautiful St Catherine's Valley, setting off from Marshfield, north of Bath, on 1st June 2025. It was a lovely, undulating trek on country lanes and paths, including a stop off at St Catherine's Court, the Twelfth Century, Church of St Catherine, and then lunch with a nice view of Monkswood Reservoir. We got lovely weather and glorious views at every turn. Thanks to George for devising and leading this splendid outing and for supply of his delicious, homemade cake at our lunch stop, much appreciated.
