Thirteen members enjoyed a lovely walk from Cross to Crook Peak, Somerset and back with a steady climb up for stunning views of the Somerset Levels, the Bleadon Hills and the Bristol Channel. We then descended to lunch by the Compton Bishop Church and a nice ramble through level fields for a little drink at the White Hart, Cross. The weather was kind with a little cloud but no rain.
