Rainy and dismal at times, Lincolnshire and Women's Group's pre-Christmas 7 December 2025 walk passed through the historic Uphill Lincoln area, which was so packed with tourists that we kept losing some of our 12 walkers and having to re-group!

But even the rain couldn't dampen our spirits and this walk will be remembered for the camaraderie and Mince Pies, Lincolnshire Plum Bread and Mulled Wine (courtesy of Val) enjoyed indoors looking out at the Fossdyke Canal towards the glorious Brayford Marina.
