Are you interested to meet or socialise with other GOC members online, from the comfort of your home? Perhaps also to help to welcome newcomers to GOC and encourage them to join us?
Perhaps you don't find it easy to join many of our outdoor events for one reason our another, or you're interested to connect with members beyond those that you usually meet in person? Perhaps you are a co-ordinator of one of our other local or specialist groups and you are interested to attract and welcome new members, host events online as well as outdoors, or to meet online to co-ordinate and plan your group and its outdoor events?
Whatever your interest, and whatever your level of technical experience or expertise, please join us - you are welcome!
Join us for our two monthly Online Socials in Zoom:
- Online Welcome Social, 7-8pm on every 2nd Tuesday of the month - this is an opportunity for new and experienced GOC members to connect with each other, and with newcomers to GOC who book from our new GOC Meetup group. For these newcomers it is an opportunity to meet GOC and some of our members, and to consider joining as a member themselves.
- Online Member Social, 7-8pm on every 4th Thursday of the month - this is a continuation of our longstanding fortnightly Online Social, now monthly to complement a the new monthly Online Welcome Social . Do please join either or both!
For what attendees have appreciated about our online socials, see our May 2022 news update. To book and to see who else has booked, please follow the links to each event page below.
Keep any eye on this page for additional new & different online events, and please let us know of your own ideas - and if you may be interested in joining me as a group co-ordinator. Please message me via the contact form below, or email me at [email protected].
