This walk will take in the North Kent coastal area and feature the Saxon Shore Way.  We will walk to Shornmead Fort and from there will head along the Saxon Shore Way to Cliffe Fort. From here we will move on to see the old Cement Kilns, heading back to Higham via the Eternal Lake Nature Reserve where there is a cafe stop (if open) and through fields and open farm land.
