Figure of eight walk of 11km (7 miles) starting at Petts Wood Station and visiting Petts Wood and Scadbury Park. Apart from the first and last kilometre through the suburb of Petts Wood, the walk is mainly in woodland. The paths are good, but could be muddy, especially if the preceding weeks have been rainy.

This will be a fairly brisk walk so that we can have a  meal and drink at a reasonable time after the end of the walk, but there is also the opportunity to shorten the walk.
