We walk along Mere Down with its impressive 360 views before descending into a grassy dry valley to cross the River Wylie and then gently ascending back up to the Ridge for a lunch stop. We then continue along the ridge to return to our cars. A fine walk in gentle rolling countryside though if windy, bring warm clothing as may be "fresh"
