A 9 mile circular walk embracing cliffs, heathlands, wooded hills and dales, created by the retreating glaciers of the last ice age a ruined abbey, a Bletchley Park WW2 listening station on top of Beeston Bump and famous landscape designer Humphrey Repton's "most favourite work" the the estate and park at Upper Sheringham along the edge of the Holt-Cromer ridge of North Norfolk.

After a picnic lunch at the Temple overlooking the park, we shall walk towards the Rhododendron Drive which should still be a mass of colour at the beginning of June, There will also be the option of the steep climb up to the gazebo at the top of Oak Wood Hill for the 360 degree panorarma before making our way back to the coast and the Coastguard lookout station on Skelding Hill.

This walk is hilly for Norfolk, but our reward will be a succession of wonderful views, often including the ever present sea to the north.
