The Western Midlands weekend away will be based in Scarborough over the last weekend in June 2026. The area has some great coastal walking and is close to the North York Moors. One of the oldest seaside resorts with plenty of coffee shops, eateries, pubs and the usual seaside town amenities. Easily reached by train via York or via Hull from Sheffield. The town boasts areas of wonderful period architecture with beautiful parks and gardens. There will be walks on Saturday, Sunday and a shorter Monday morning walk. If you were thinking of staying longer there is the wonderful Stephen Joseph Theatre and there may be an event /concert on at the Open Air Theatre

There will be the opportunity for a group meal on the Saturday evening.
