10:45 to 11:00 Welcome. 11:00 to 12:30 Lady Hill and Disk Golf.

12:30 to 13:30 Lunch provided by Forestry Commission

13:30 to 14:30 Fairoak - Wellbeing Walk. 14:30 to 15:00 Sticky Notes

15:00 to 15:10 Visit Ends. 15:10 to late Forest open to explore at your leisure
