Overview
A long weekend in the vibrant and atmospheric fishing port of Essaouira on the Atlantic coast of Morocco with opportunities to extend your stay further afield in Marrakech or Agadir. Essaouira is an excellent way to sample Morocco if you have not visited the country before.
Flights
Easyjet flies directly to Essaouira from London Luton Flights outward Saturday 28 January returning Tuesday 31 January at the time of writing are £57 return. This is likely to increase nearer the time.
Accommodation
You should arrange your own accommodation and you may wish to use booking.com which has a wide choice. Two recommendations are Dar Cherazade currently £92 for 3 nights, and Le Medina Hotel £155 for 3 nights.

Temperatures around 20C by day and 10C by night. It is often windy so bring a hoodie.

Coastal walks 8 - 12km to Diabat and city walks exploring the port, ramparts and medina.
