JOGLE Day 91 Tintagel to Port Isaac
From the town we retrace our steps to the coast back up to the Coast Path and take in the final views of Tintagel.
At first the path looks flat until the steep descent to Trebarwith Strand. Trebarwith Strand is another area where warnings are given, of shale cliffs that are susceptible to landslides. A steep climb out of the valley foĺlows before an even cliff top to Jackets Point.
From there to Port Issac it is continually steep ups and steep downs with no respite between rises and falls. It is for this reason the South West Coast Association give this section along with only 4 others a SEVERE grading
