We start today walking behind the long expanse of Woolacombe Bay, before walking round the long promotory of Baggy Point to reach Croyde Bay beloved by surfers

From Croyde Bay we walk round the promotory of Saunton Down, along tbe road to Saunton.

We then turn right behind the golf course and Braunton Burrows to the narrow entrance of the Taw estuary before returning back up to Braunton on the river sides of the rivers Taw and Caen
