First a steep climb up Conic Hill to hopefully see the iconic view over Loch Lomond with the islands along the Highland fault.

Then forestry tracks, old railway tracks, views of the Campsie Fells, meadows and pasture fields, parks and lakes and the end of the West Highland Way in  Milngavie on the edge of Glasgow. We also leave our first National Park, Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park.
