Today is one of the difficult days. We climb out of Kinlochleven passed the massive hydro electric pipes over the high point of the Devils Staircase, close to the top of Glen Coe, over the remote Rannoch Moor. We pass the Glen Coe Ski Centre, so snow be around.

This is a tough, remote and long section. Likely to be a long day.

Inveroran is a midge spot, but hopfully too early and windy for midges. Snow and/or ice could be a problem.
